For more than 30 years working in the IT market while having a management degree. Most of my knowledge comes from my personal interest in technology that, since a child, drives me to learn whatever is needed to achieve a goal.I believe I have a good relationship with coworkers and customers and that's why I decided to improve my management skills for the future instead of formalizing my knowledge about IT.I worked at a couple of Open Source projects so I improved my skills of managing and communicating with people of different countries and cultures. I had a soft spot for this kind of projects so I tended to favor them and participate whenever I could.I also worked and continue working with global companies so I'm able to build a relationship with many different people.I formalized some of my technical knowledge with a VCP certification in VMware virtualization platform and took a master degree related to IT management.I firmly believe that anything you do has to be documented so people after you can pick up your work without having to spend the same learning curve. I believe in good communications and coaching, it's the best way to improve your workforce. I also believe in openness and the web as an application platform. I dislike closed systems and companies.I have knowledge about business applications, networking, servers, storage, hardware and software in general, development languages, project management and Open Source project dynamics.
