    An educational startup that developed a web based instructional improvement system. Staffed and built a small engineering group that was instrumental on the implementing a comprehensive solution. Responsible for all the project deliverables of various scopes, long and short term. Developed project plans and budget for the engineering organization, that included Web Hosting estimates and forecasts. Negotiated Web Hosting contract with Service provider.* Designed and implemented engineering guidelines and processes that allowed us to focus on functionality, performance, scalability and reliability of a very fast and aggressive development cycle. The end result being a complete operational prototype later followed by several iterations of the learning set of applications that were developed quickly as requirements were flushed out and refined* Staffed up the engineering group with a few selected bright specialists. Developed the project plans and budget for the engineering organization, that included Web Hosting estimates and forecasts. Negotiated Web Hosting contract with Service provider.
