Innovative Business Solutions is a Commercial Loan Dept for small-to-midsized Credit Unions in the Southeast. Often CUs have never offered commercial services until a company like IBS partners with them. My role is to source commercial loans, specifically Commercial Real Estate and Equipment, to help build the balance sheet of our partner Credit Unions. I’d love the chance to tell you how we are different than other “traditional” lenders!Starting as a teller in a Charlotte community bank, and working through many roles and wearing a variety of hats, as many in a small business setting do, I have found a passion for building my community through Business and Commercial Banking. For me, one of the greatest ways I can serve my neighbors is by helping business leaders, founders, and owners establish and grow their business. This is done by providing advice, guidance, appropriate debt, and deposits services. The empty building that is filled with a growing business that hires community members and provides a good or service makes that part of the world a better place! That is what gets me excited!
