Current• Review and analyze all applications for new distributor entrants assess regulatory and business requirements review hierarchies in view of sequential hiring review/QA all requirements communicate with applicant/leader until all requirements are completed.• Manage the end-to-end process on conversion and final QA of applications.• Keeps track and monitor the following:- Submission of licensing applications or requirements. (Organic/under program recruits)- Process and download documents from SRT or ALEX.- Responsible for final QA and ensure completion of requirements.- Sending emails to leaders/SMTs on lacking requirements.- Chasing recruits, leaders and SMTs for the pending requirements.- Preparation of Agency Matrix for sequential hierarchy.- Completion handling re-calibration of complete or incomplete requirements. - Handling of pipeline reports per territory.- Final endorsement to the coding team for registration to DMS and ELS.- Regular meetings/updates with partner RecOps to discuss completion of documents.- Communicate with distributor and SMT for requirements, updates, and follow-ups.
