During this period, I assumed a pivotal role in managing the daily operational and administrative functions at Black Rainbow Globally. As the central point of contact for Financial Operations, I collaborated closely with Accountants in the UK and Ireland to ensure the timely delivery of VAT returns and Annual Accounts. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing critical processes such as payroll management, expenses handling, invoicing, payment processing, cashflow planning, and maintaining the Black Rainbow budget. Additionally, I actively engaged in managing investor relations by maintaining the Data Room.In addition to financial tasks, I also managed various other responsibilities including CRM (Customer Relationship Management), sales forecasting, human resources functions, and handling quotations. My multifaceted role contributed significantly to the smooth operation and growth of the organization during this period.
