I am a passionate founder and an experienced leader in the field of electronic security and access control. With over 25 years of experience in creating and managing innovative companies, I have developed strong skills in product management, business development, strategy, and team management. Since February 2024, I have been leading Haxo Solutions, a company that provides services and advice to businesses in the areas of security, home automation, and energy optimization. Previously, I served as deputy CEO of Vitaprotech, a leading group in electronic security, where I contributed to external growth, organic growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction with a team of over 400 collaborators. I also founded Vauban Systems, a pioneering company in the design and manufacturing of access control systems, which quickly became the French leader in solutions exclusively sold through specialized distribution. Before that, I established Eden, the first French company to make tertiary access control solutions and biometric technologies accessible through fingerprint or vein network.
