Directed day-to-day activities across core senior leadership teams for the successful implementation of construction management projects aligned with sustainability and corporate social responsibility for institutional, municipal and corporate clients. Launched the real estate consulting firm in 2006 as a premier sustainability and capital improvements services provider in the southeast. Established financial model for social economic development strategies and alignment of corporate pivot for social responsibility and high performing buildings. Advanced municipal strategy implementation of sustainability programs for municipalities. Served on the Sustainable Atlanta board of advisors charged to accelerate high-performing buildings through modification of the city’s building codes. Utilized Integrated Systems Thinking approach with selected municipal clients, colleges and universities for the unification of sound Planning, Building and Facility departments for the on strategic management of federal and state funded projects and perceived modifications to building codes resulting in the management of six ARRA projects in three years. Created PureGreenEd™ construction training platform to increase on-site trade education of high-performing buildings and facilities. Trained more than 4,000 trade contractors and over years administered USGBC’s LEED and LEED Green Associated exam prep training to more than 1,000 people in the southeast.

As the National Program Director successfully led a team of six program directors across the country. More specifically;• Managed policy adoption of workforce development in six regional offices, including implementing tracking tool LCP Tracker.• Standardized Contractor Academy program across regions, fostering new coalitions and partnerships in renewable energy sector.• Generated $500,000 in new revenue annually through new product development and consulting business.

Advancing Food Technology by Invigorating Farm to Table Meals.

Led project management teams, in various delivery formats for the successful implementation of more than $450,000,000 new-construction projects for nearly nine years without a single safety violation. Worked with project executives to structure personnel teams and facilitated project pursuits with pre-construction department through on-site project administration.Tested new products and processes, implemented the first self-leveling self-compacting concrete in a structural application within the United States with LaFarge’s Agility™ research and development department. Piloted DoE e-quest energy modeling software and the interaction with BIM to drive design decisions prior to the completion of permitted drawings. Conceived the corporate small and minority business program, increasing subcontract awards to more than 150 small and minority trade contractors and increasing the resource guide from 30 to 400 qualified companies. Hardin Construction was acquired by DPR in 2013.

Worked with the corporate principles to develop financial and regulatory pathways which resulted in privatization of affordable and workforce housing in the United States as well as the revitalization of low-income housing stock for municipally owned housing authorities. Led project due-dliigence while supported the Director of Development for successful negotiation of higher education clients and housing authorities for the redevelopment of 1,200 low-income and affordable housing units.Completed successful development of the financial pro-forma, federal and state grants submissions, tax credit applications, consultant procurement, contractor procurement, contract administration, fiscal reporting and community development. Represented the municipality or project at all community forums with project presentations, community engagement and outreach. Initiated user experience platform to streamline community engagement processes.
