Contributed to promote the development of domestic and international air transport through an extensive stakeholder management with various government entities, with the aim of establishing a more competitive industry’s cost structure. Thus, during 2016, Argentina’s tariffs for land and air services were reduced by 13% and the maximum and minimum tariff bands were eliminated. In the same way, I contributed to the most extensive commercial aviation market opening in Argentine history, in which 11 airlines were authorized to operate more than 600 routes, both national and international, and allowing the operation of 4 new airlines.I led and participated in various initiatives:- “Airport Collaborative Decision Making” at Aeroparque, in alliance with the United Kingdom Embassy in Buenos Aires and in coordination with airlines, airport, and regulatory agencies. More than 70% of the recommendations arising from this work have been adopted and implemented by the State.- Led the establishment of the Argentine Operational Safety Group, being the first collaborative discussion committee on aeronautical safety in the country.- Obtained the approval of the self-service processes (self check-in, self-boarding, self-tagging) by authorities of Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.- Represented the industry in the G20 Argentina preparation meetings, being a fundamental work to minimize the event disruptions impact in the industry.

Increased IATA’s visibility in the Chilean market through:- The incorporation of a new local airline as an IATA member, ensuring airlines’ executives participation in the initiatives and campaigns the Association implemented in the country, and guaranteeing an attractive cost offer for the airline. This incorporation increased the representativeness of IATA in the country, facilitating the presentation of industry positions with the local authorities.- The organization and execution of the “Wings of Change” Conference at FIDAE in 2014 and 2016, and the Seminar "Air Industry, Chile and its Challenges" in 2014, managing agendas, sponsorships and budget, while ensuring the participation of +300 attendees among ministerial and regulatory authorities, and executives of the main national and foreign carriers.

Responsible for the design and implementation of technological projects for the finance, legal and procurement divisions:- Interacting with technology teams, suppliers, and users from multiple areas, I led the functional testing process of the ERP platform migration at corporate level, coordinating more than 100 users based in Chile and across the group's subsidiaries, ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform with minimal impact on the service.- I led the platform evaluation and redesign of the contract management processes, analysing processes and solutions together with technical and functional teams based in Chile and Brazil.

I was part of the Young Professionals program, recruited as a talent to participate in a high demand program which included the management of diverse projects. In this role, I was responsible for:- The implementation of new functionalities in the company's ERP system. I was in charge of the requirements analysis working along with the user, the analysis of possible solutions and coordination with developers, the developments’ global deployment plan alignment, the quality assurance through appropriate testing execution, and the delivery to the end user.- I was the level 2 support for the financial and purchasing ERP modules, in coordination with technical teams located in North America, Europe and Asia. In just over 1 year, we achieved a 90% reported incidents reduction which was achieved through an end-to-end strategy: implementation of standard solutions and improvements, training to the help desk specialists (level 1 support), and accompaniment of key users to improve understanding of tools and business processes.

ISO 9001 audit preparation and NCh 17025 implementation advisor for the maritime and automotive divisions. A guided work was carried out by reviewing existing documentation, performing an extensive processes description and documentation, and providing recommendations to the general management for ISO 9001 auditing and future implementation of NCh 17025.
