As a BBA student at Beedie School of Business, I am passionate about learning new skills and exploring different opportunities that challenge me and help me grow. I am currently pursuing a major in Business Administration and Management, with an interest in accounting and finance. I have also completed multiple certifications in food safety, hospitality, and alcohol serving, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Besides my academic pursuits, I am also an active member of the SFU community, serving as the Coordinator of Achieve at SFU Accounting Student Association (SFU ASA) since March 2023. In this role, I organize and facilitate various events and workshops for accounting students, such as career fairs, networking sessions, mentorship programs, and case competitions. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of volunteers and partners, and I use my communication and administration skills to ensure the smooth and successful execution of each event. Additionally, I have been a drummer at Sandol Fellowship Church for over six years, where I express my creativity and enthusiasm through music. I also volunteered as an event organizer at TEDxSFU for seven months, where I helped plan and deliver inspiring and engaging talks for the SFU community. Through these experiences, I have developed a deeper understanding of myself and others, and I have strengthened my values of leadership, collaboration, and excellence. I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities that allow me to make meaningful connections and contributions. I am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone and seek feedback to improve myself. I am also grateful for the support and guidance of those who have influenced my life, and I am ready to give back and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
