I am excited to join Quality Grinding Aids (QGA) and the Berryman-Smith team, starting in September 2024. At QGA, I focus on delivering innovative grinding aid solutions to the cement industry, optimizing processes, and driving value for clients. My goal is to leverage two+ decades of technical expertise to support cement plants, industrial chemical operations, ensuring their needs are met while introducing new technologies that enhance efficiency and performance.While joining QGA, I will remain a Managing Partner of Lynesca Ventures, LLC, a chemical sourcing and sales agency, although stepping away from day-to-day operations. Over the past several years, our team has driven significant growth, forging strong relationships with both vendors and clients across industries such as oil & gas, mining, personal care & cosmetics, HI&I, F&B, and pharmaceuticals. At Lynesca, we developed a modern drop-shipping model that reduced overhead and increased flexibility, allowing us to respond quickly to dynamic market needs.My career spans nearly 20 years in the upstream oil and gas industry across the Northern and Southern US and the Rockies. This experience has given me a strong foundation in heavy industry, managing complex supply chains, negotiating high-value contracts, and applying technical knowledge to drive strategic sales and business development.In both my roles at QGA and Lynesca, I remain committed to a hungry, hone-able, honorable, character-driven, results-focused strategy. I’m passionate about delivering value through proactive problem-solving and a relentless pursuit of excellence in every client relationship.Outside of work, I’m a devoted Christian family man who enjoys spending time with my wife and our four children. I love reading, hiking, and cycling in the beautiful Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming, where we call home. I also compete in arm-wrestling competitions and have earned national recognition in the sport.
