• Performs accounting functions, including processing invoices to reconcile with CBORD Food Services Suite, code, obtain a required signature and copy and forward for payment.• Responsible for accurate data entry, maintenance of forms, phone lists, mail distribution, and filing according to record retention guidelines as applicable.• Utilizes CBORD Food Services Suite to update service menus and edit items accurately. Prints and distributes reports for operations as required.• Conducts an assortment of procurement functions for ward stock, contingency, stationery, patient services, and contingency orders. Resolve any order discrepancies and escalate as required.• Communicates effectively and clearly with all staff, visitors, and vendors/ distributors through verbal (face-to-face or telephone), fax, or email.• Participates in Quality Assurance Programs and adheres to all Workplace Health and Safety requirements.• May be required to perform other duties and functions related to the job description not exceeding above stated skills and capabilities.
