As a GLI Development Representative it is my responsibility to strengthen, build and maintain business relationships between GLI and Suppliers of all gaming arenas. In addition to project management, it is my goal to originate new business and deliver exceptional customer service to all of my clients in need of testing, certifications and/or training. - Provide Slot Players with an exceptional gaming experience by engaging with them on a personal level about the benefits & services available to them as guests of the Cosmopolitan- Assist guests in redeeming their benefits through the Identity program as well as make any and all arrangements that guests request on and off property- Give guests tours of the property, make reservations, sign them up for Identity cards and overall redefining the gamine experience

- Deliver exceptional customer service that gives guests a story worth telling and a feeling with returning to.- Pay slot winners punctually by processing jackpots and/or hand-pays including additional paperwork such as W2 forms, 1042S forms & ITIN packets- Engaging with guests by offering information on the benefits of joining our Identity Membership program including member offers, promotions and answers to all questions proposed.- Step-up as a dual rate when the floor needs an additional Supervisor- Served as an active Toke Committee member for 7 months & currently serve as the Toke Disburser- Fix machine tilts to ensure guests the best gaming experience possible- Handle and balance a $3,000 bank along with protecting all casino assets.- Part of the original slots team with the pleasure and experience of opening a new casino & hotel property on the Las Vegas Strip

- Provided customer service and support by proactively initiating and building rapport with slot guests- Paid winners by promptly responding to winning guests, processing hand-pays, scanning and redeeming slot tickets and cash payouts up to $1199.99- Assisted management in processing jackpot paperwork, manual pays processing and cash payouts.- Protected casino assets by observing floor activity and reporting suspicious activity or procedural irregularities to management

- Coordinated Poker Room seating by entering player information onto the electronic Poker board, issued pagers, seated players, managed table changes & seat lock-ups and chip running when needed.- Promoted guest relations by welcoming guests, learning names & game preferences- Assisted players with swiping them in/out to accrue accurate gaming hours and by providing current poker & casino information.

- Rotated through ten departments with the opportunity to shadow and interview all levels of employees.

- Provided attentive customer service to tending to parties guests by serving food and drink promptly- Responsible for accounting by recording our own sales and money transactions with guests

- Create appointments for the stylists via phone calls and walk-in's- Keep inventory list & stock up-to-date for the various beauty products sold in the salon- Assist stylists with cleaning, preparing beverages for guests and clean towels for all workstations

- Responsible & trusted with large amounts of currency ($300,000+), counting and strapping- Experience with data input systems Galaxy & Gateway as well as ATM machines- Knowledge in processing memberships & reported internet sales for analysis

- Clerical procedures, word processing, managing files, excel spreadsheets and other office tasks- Assisted in planning, organizing and following up on MESA events- Organized approximately 500 students and advisor information using excel and filing processes
