• Organize and facilitate the casting of actors for productions in Steppenwolf’s Subscription and SYA seasons, as well as readings and other theatrical events pertaining to the Artistic Department.

• Recruit, cast, and manage the emerging artists for Milwaukee Rep’s Artistic Internship Program, one of the country’s longest-running theatrical internships. Annually, twelve to fifteen Interns spend the season in.
