Qa Lead
Current- Continuously monitor the different projects that are being developed by the company and be the face of the LATAM QA team against the leadership team within and outside the company.- Be constantly aware of shortcomings of the whole team and be able to interact and provide support when needed.- Be the point of contact of the QA Head in the company's headquarters in order to provide real time updates with what's going on with the team.- Be aware of current and future needs of the team with regards to recruiting and keep a healthy pipeline of possible candidates in order to attract talent if needed.
