De training bestaat uit twee modules: de eerste module richt zich op het herkennen, versterken en onderhouden van ethisch leiderschap met praktische instrumenten, terwijl de tweede module dieper ingaat op thema's als macht, veiligheid, en aanspreken. Experienced in teaching the state curriculum and not afraid to expand students' horizons by challenging them with the corporate challenges of the 21st century: society and governance, business ethics, sustainability, cross-cultural management, etc.Offering schools a quick scan and consulting services on e.g. classroom dynamics, student performance, curriculum enhancement and organizational efficiency.

Teaching 3rd to 5th grade students (Havo and VWO level) in state curriculum courses 'economics' and 'management & organization'. Developing a curriculum and teaching a course in philosophy to 4th grade (VWO and International) students. Mentoring 4th and 5th grade students (Havo) on their school performance.

Project done under supervision of the department "Learning & Development" at Rabobank Nederland. Project included:- Qualitative research, measuring attitudes towards cooperative banking, CSR and ethics at departments of Rabobank Nederland, local banks and Rabobank International. - Developing feasible approaches to stimulate learning on CSR and ethical banking.- Writing a business report including presentation to the board.

Project done within Tata Academy (Tata's private technical college) - Researching alignment between competencies developed during Tata Academy and competencies necessary on the job.- Developing a HR tool for monitoring employee career development after graduation from Tata Academy.- Writing a business report and presentation at EDK conference.
