Working in the Joint Advanced Warfighting Division on several projects sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense. Designing, executing, and facilitating wargames and TTX series focused on cyber, logistics, climate change, irregular warfare, and other emerging areas of interest.

Worked as a core member of the design and development team for both the Joint Staff’s Joint Force Energy Wargame and DOT&E’s Operational Cyber Wargame. Created innovative content focused on prompting and facilitating player interactions in both the cyber and physical realms. Collaborated with the other members of both design and development teams to integrate the content into the overall flow of game play. Assisted in multiple playtests held with internal IDA staff and external DoD staff and civilian contractors. Gave presentation to senior leadership and staff members outlining my work and accomplishments from the summer. Maintained part-time employment during the school year to continue work on wargaming projects as needed.

Conducted independent research on developing an international framework for state employment of non-state actors in cyberspace, culminating in a 15-page paper and presentation.

Researched and compared social media use in multinational corporations and the DoD to develop a 20-page report that included recommendations for effective use of social media in crisis management and how to build credibility to combat disinformation.

Monitored global developments in the COVID-19 pandemic and wrote briefings for executive leadership of this construction equipment manufacturing company with operations in 23 countries. Developed an intranet and internal newsletter in French and English for sharing legal, regulatory, and compliance information. This internship began in France, but I relocated to the United States in the midst of the global lockdown and switched to telework.

Researched, wrote, and presented a report on Syrian internally displaced people (IDPs) to be used for training soldiers through the Army's Decisive Action Training Environment. My research used open source intelligence, and my final report was both written and presented verbally to members of the US TRADOC G-2 Department.

Worked with other Residence Life staff to address concerns about students or the community and act to remedy these concerns.
