I coordinate the implementation of ERP projects from the first contacts with the prospects to the training and support of the end users.My key missions are: * Scope definition: Before a project really starts, we evaluate through meetings with the customer what should be the scope of the project. * Functional analysis: Understanding customer needs in details and describing them in a way that can be used by the development team. * Prioritizing and defining the releases: in order to answer the most important needs of the customer and to provide meaningful release, we set priorities all along the project to define the content of each release. * Project follow-up: In order to detect and avoid potential delays, we define deadlines for each release. * Interface between the customer and the technical team. I am the key interlocutor of the customer to understand what they want. I am also the key interlocutor for the development team to explain whtat the customer wants * Testing: I test the ERP in order to ensure that all the requirements are taken into account for each release. * Training * Support
