Building a new technology entity within NewDay, my role encompasses business strategy, operating model design, business development, and client management.I have a wide remit which requires both understanding technical detail and telling a compelling story at c-suite level.NewDay Platform extends our best-in-class consumer lending technology to a wider market by offering an end-to-end platform service.

Leading a team of Business Analysts in the Business Transformation function to deliver Change initiatives. Covering both large, strategic projects, and high-volume, BAU changes. The role set direction and best practice, developing a high performing team of both business, and technical analysts. Delivered across multiple initiatives including the Requirements and Design phases of a multi-year project to build and launch a digital credit product.

Driving NewDay’s digital agenda within our Transformation team as lead BA, working as a trusted business partner across the company. Developed and deployed a new change process using modern tooling which allowed NewDay to deliver higher priority changes faster. Delivered a spectrum of projects from a technical data migration to a product rebrand.

Worked as Proposition Lead working with startup and challenger banks. Leading the development of an innovative biometrics offering including: the internal business case, technical design, financial approval, partner selection and creation of a market ready solution.
