Working on the software industry for more than 18 years my path is from a developer to a manager and to a coach. I started to work as a developer, my curiosity and geek mind got me to learn every few months new technologies that helped me to progress on my career to a senior role as technical team manager. As my responsibilities move more to a management role I started to do project management and people management. On early stages I have used PMI with Gantt charts and traditional people management because it was what the market was doing. As I start to got more involved in the Agile movement I have realised that my previous approach was outdated.
