Main achievements: • Redefinition of the company's strategy for consolidation of the own brand in the food sector in Peru, specifically in the categories of panettones, Peruvian nougat and breads on an industrial scale. The company produced 10% of the Peruvian panettone market. • Implementation of strategic initiatives: optimization of the production plant, positioning of the own brand in mass and alternative media and strengthening of the company's financial structure.
