I work with select Strategic Clients to develop and align long term business strategies to technology initiatives. This role represents an investment in customer relationship development. It is not about near-term revenue--but about deeply understanding my client's business, and help shape a long term roadmap towards meeting those needs with appropriate technology solutions.

As a senior architect, I led the implementation of MS Dynamics CRM, from inception, architecture, design, development, deployment and lifecycle management. It was deployed globally, providing improvement in forecast accuracy by 30% and net new business in excess of $5M over multiple years.I worked very closely with the global business and I/S leadership to help identify and prioritize value added projects for the businesses. We achieved project success through effective team leadership of the solution architecture and development process. I worked with business leadership to align with their strategies and business plans. I also supported and contributed to Dow Chemical IT enterprise architecture direction and strategy.

I managed the SAP America CRM solution to support data and analytics for alignment of client data to business rules and requirements. Interact with Operations VP and Sales Support organization. Develop processes to support technical implementation of business rules. Support data quality management for master data.

I held a variety of roles, spanning product management, business & sales management, marketing and IT.- IT Senior Architect, developing solutions for sales and marketing for North America- General Manager, Semiconductor Analysis Systems.
