I specialize in event photography, both indoor and outdoor. Some of the events I have successfully photographed are: fundraiser dinner parties, beach parties, vacation bible school, retreat/conferences, museum anniversary receptions, and baptisms.

● Managed the overall Bell Helicopter business relationship, which is comprised of two programs: the V-22 Osprey and the 525 Relentless. Oversaw the program P&L, delivery demand, delivery performance, risk management, bid proposals, and customer and program reviews.● Increased manufacturing throughput and deliveries on both programs. ● Lead and directed an IPT team of six functions: commercial/contracts lead, chief manufacturing engineer, financial lead, configuration management lead, supply chain lead, and quality engineering lead.

● Managed the Versatile Affordable Advanced Turbine Engine (VAATE) Task Order 4 Digital Thread/Digital Twin Program with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This IDIQ contract had a duration of 48 months, through Nov. 2019, and was valued at $4.9 million.● Executed the Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) between OAI and the Naval Service Warfare Center (NSWC) in Crane, IN.● As part of this non-profit organization, completely redesigned and launched a new membership program focused on promoting, growing, and connecting the aerospace community and industry across the state of Ohio. Actively engaged in developing and growing the OAI membership and industry connections to over 100 companies.

● Managed the P&L, engineering staff, HR, quality, customer relationships, bid proposals, and development of an office of about 105 employees. ● Managed the UTAS Electric Systems Program, which was comprised of about 80 engineers: customer interface, workload, budgets, quality, on-time delivery, and weekly/monthly reporting.● Oversaw budgets of $13.3 million and $10.4 million in respective years of 2015 and 2014

● Increased customer base and revenue of design center through the expansion of the UTC P&W and UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS) accounts and the addition and growth of new customer relationships. Provided leadership for and oversight of all office new business development activity: marketing, presentations, contract and proposal reviews, and rate negotiations.

● Managed the rollout and implementation of the Lower Complexity Agreement between United Technologies Aerospace Systems (UTAS) and Belcan.● Responsible for the growth of low complexity workload. The process included coordinating and interfacing with management teams across multiple Belcan operations and UTAS Business Units.● Summarized program progress to Belcan and UTAS Management, which included monthly and weekly reports showcasing performance (EVMS), growth, workload, and quality metrics.

● Overall program oversight of all customer relationships.● Hired and managed a team of project managers and led implementation of EVMS and centralized project management.● New business development. Coordinated with the operations manager in the pursuit and development of new non-alliance business. The process included initial contact, capability presentations, new work proposals, contract negotiations, and new relationship building.

● Assumed the role of QM with the task of improving the overall quality output of this office, creating a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2001, and implementing the United Technologies quality operating system called “Achieving Competitive Excellence” (ACE).● Several quality teams were created, lead, and mentored to meet these tasks: Quality System Steering Committee (QSSC); Quality Corrective Action Team (QCAT); ACE 6S Audit Team; ACE Qualifying and Bronze Teams; and ACE QCPC Team.● The following accomplishments were realized: UTC (Sikorsky) ACE Qualifying Certification, Aug. 2007; UTC (Sikorsky) ACE Bronze Certification, Oct. 2007; ISO 9001:2000 Registration, Dec. 2007.

Managed the engineering group and marketing strategy for Straightline HDD, a horizontal directional drilling tooling and equipment manufacturer.

● Established a $5 million client base through comprehensive financial planning, portfolio risk management, asset allocation, exceptional client service, and effective marketing.● Coordinated monthly events to host wholesalers enabling all financial advisors in the office to educate and market services to select clients and prospects.

● Established and managed a client base of nearly $3 million in assets.● Acquired all necessary licensing and registration to carry title of Financial Advisor: NASD Series 7 (General Securities), NASAA Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law), and NFA Series 31 (Futures Managed Funds), and life, health, and variable contracts state insurance.

For the Hawker Horizon aircraft:● Coordinated the design and development of the fuel system.● Coordinated development testing on iron bird test article.● Participated in the liaison and coordination work between Fuji Heavy Industries (wing manufacturer in Japan) and Smiths Industries (fuel system component provider).

Structural design for Next Generation 737-600, -700, and -800 aircraft. For the Section 43/46 Upper Lobe Fuselage Design Group and the Cargo Floors Design Group, developed:● Fuselage skin, stringer and frame detail, assembly and installation design.● Shear tie, tie-rod intercostal, and window forging design and installation.● CAD generated detail part design.● Seat track installation and supporting structure.

Designed, developed and tested fuel systems, nacelles, and powerplant installations (8,000+ hours CATIA v4) on multiple aircraft programs as part of the Propulsion Systems Design Group:For the Bravo aircraft, completed:● Nacelle inlet design and installation.● Nacelle inlet sound attenuation development for the Pratt & Whitney PW530A turbofan.● Fuel system design, installation, and functional tests.For the JPATS (Joint Primary Aircraft Training System) prototype aircraft, completed:● Engine mount design and installation for the Williams International FJ44-1B turbofan engine.● Thrust attenuator design and kinematic model concept, individual part designs, support design, and overall installation.● Nacelle firewall design.For the Citation X aircraft, completed:● Truss mount design and installation, and eductor system design for the Garrett GTCP36-[CX] auxiliary power unit.● Air turbine starter bleed line design.● Technical Writing, contributed to the: Fuel System FAR Compliance Report for the Bravo aircraft; Fuel System FAR Compliance Report for the JPATS Trainer Prototype aircraft; FAA Bleed Air Compatibility Report for the Citation X aircraft; FAA Engine Compartment Fire Extinguisher Report for the Citation X aircraft; FAA APU Compartment Fire Extinguisher Report for the Citation X aircraft.

Developed and tested turboprop engines with the turboprop project group:● Coordinated the first build of the TPE331-14GR/HR engine.● Coordinated the design activity of the compressor and combustor modules of the TPE331-15A/B engines.● Coordinated all engine field problem activities and technical presentation meetings to solve problems for the TPE331-14A/B/F, and -15AW engines.● Participated in the design and testing, and received award for successful development and certification of the inverted flight oil system for the TPE331-12B engine.● Coordinated all certification report activity to certify the TPE331-12UAR engine.
