Designed, developed and tested fuel systems, nacelles, and powerplant installations (8,000+ hours CATIA v4) on multiple aircraft programs as part of the Propulsion Systems Design Group:For the Bravo aircraft, completed:● Nacelle inlet design and installation.● Nacelle inlet sound attenuation development for the Pratt & Whitney PW530A turbofan.● Fuel system design, installation, and functional tests.For the JPATS (Joint Primary Aircraft Training System) prototype aircraft, completed:● Engine mount design and installation for the Williams International FJ44-1B turbofan engine.● Thrust attenuator design and kinematic model concept, individual part designs, support design, and overall installation.● Nacelle firewall design.For the Citation X aircraft, completed:● Truss mount design and installation, and eductor system design for the Garrett GTCP36-[CX] auxiliary power unit.● Air turbine starter bleed line design.● Technical Writing, contributed to the: Fuel System FAR Compliance Report for the Bravo aircraft; Fuel System FAR Compliance Report for the JPATS Trainer Prototype aircraft; FAA Bleed Air Compatibility Report for the Citation X aircraft; FAA Engine Compartment Fire Extinguisher Report for the Citation X aircraft; FAA APU Compartment Fire Extinguisher Report for the Citation X aircraft.
