At Dulaney High School I have taught the following subjects: Archaeology, Economics and Public Issues, Standard level American Government and Civics, Honor level American Government and Civics, GT level American Government and Civics, AP level American Government and Civics and History though American Sports.As an American Government teacher, our student test scores on High School Assessment were consistently well above both school, district and state levels. From 2019-2022, the AP Government pass rate in our classes averaged 83%.Experienced in curricular development, including development of summative and formative assessments.

Since 1998 I have managed the championship cross country and track and field programs at Dulaney High School.As the leader of the program, Dulaney High School amassed a number of championship accolades including three MPSSAA State Championhips, and 17 State Finalists finishes (finishing in the Top 2 teams) since 1998. In addition, several individuals earned individual state championships during this tenure in a multitude of track and cross country events. I was named three times at the Baltimore Sun Coach of the Year, earned the Maryland State Coach of the Year from the USATFCC association in 2015, and the NFHS Maryland State Coach of the Year in 2013.

Gilman School

I worked as an instructional specialist planning and implementing summer camp sports curricula from May 2005 to August 2011. In 2007 I earned the "Master Teacher Award" from ESF, one of the highest awards they offer. In the summers of 2012 and 2013 I was promoted and served as the assistant sports camp director at the ESF Gilman School camp.
