Manage a team of solutions engineers tasked with empowering Google's largest advertising customers with forward-leaning prototypes, integrations, and ideas. As the primary technical partners to sales teams, apply Google's advances in Machine Learning, AI, and Cloud to improve individual customer KPIs through insights from digital marketing metrics.

As technical co-founder, created the initial architecture and applications, then lead engineering and operations teams to deliver next-generation analytical SaaS applications for performance-based marketers. Setup recruiting, development, release processes, career-progression plans, delivering applications within accelerated time frames. Adapt project management and organizational design to scale and responsibly grow the company -- balancing startup spirit with accountable practices and metrics. Started from a blank whiteboard, to generating $100MM+ in yearly revenue, ultimately bringing company public March 2013 (NYSE: MRIN).

As an internal solutions provider, create new algorithms, applications, and tools to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth of a public (NYSE:WPC) global real estate investment firm with over $20B in assets. Lead a team comprised of engineers, analysts and consultants to develop and build/buy/customize applications, reducing operating costs amidst increasing assets under management. Semi-hands-on role, creating solutions in Microsoft .NET web and database technologies.

Technical Lead implementing worldwide corporate/content websites and application for the Mercer group of consulting companies. Responsible for design and implementation of an extensible eCommerce platform for worldwide research sales, SOAP & REST Web Services for internal integration and SSO, and consolidation of systems to serve content spanning over 10 languages in 30+ countries. Worked hands-on with offshore teams in New Delhi, India to drive completion.

Recruit and lead the engineering team responsible for starting up an eCommerce site for a mass-retailer (Kmart.com, BlueLight.com) ultimately generating over $50M per year. Also delivered the first online "BlueLight Special” and the first example of an in-store kiosk system within Kmart's 3600 retail stores. Worked hands-on to create initial architecture, SDLC, recruiting, engineering processes and culture. BlueLight was later acquired by K-Mart at 25 times the initial valuation.

Delivered front office, e-commerce solutions for enterprise customers such as SGI, Gartner Group and Sun Microsystems. Lead consulting teams to integrate enterprise web-based applications that performed pricing, cataloging, configuration, and profiling. Oversaw worldwide deployment and training for Gartner's front office automation application, traveling through Europe and Asia. Heavily involved in recruiting efforts, performing interviews and evangelizing the company.

Built the first web-store presence for catalog based clothing retailer (jcrew.com). As the primary engineer, responsible for day-to-day operations and enhancements to drive the online business. Adapted systems to reach 24/7 uptime, resulting in 30% increase in Internet orders. jcrew.com was one of the first clothing retailers with large operations on the Internet.

Spent the summer learning about the back-end mainframe systems of a Wall Street bank.

Crawled through spaces between floors, under desks, and through closets to wire up the Stanford Medical School. Configured routers, assigned IP addresses, and troubleshooted desktops. Put Elon Musk's first server on the Internet.

High school program which introduced students to many areas of the firm as temporary office workers. Made an accounting mistake I will never forget.
