As a Production Manager, I responsible for the following roles:1. Pipeline Development Manager- In 2012: Research and developement a new salable service called “Defomation” workflow and tools- In 2016: Research and developement a new salable service called “Retime” workflow and tools- Responsibility on the research and developement and keep the technology up-to-date to improve the pipeline in the production (design and create software with workflow and interface that is User-friendly in both UX and UI design)- Created/Updated internal e-learning system to centralize the company knowledge and Information- Solving technical issues including involed in client’s conference call for technical discussion2. Head of Rotomation Department- Managed resources, manpowers, capacity, workload and quality control- Daily overview the GANTT chart from project managers to make sure everything is on track for every projects- Analysed data using past projects to improve performance, reduce risk and error, set new standard, and planning for the upcoming project to project managers and operators- Credited as “matchmove artist” in “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance”- Credited as “matchmove artist” in “Independence Day: Resurgence”- Credited as “head of rotomation department: Yannix Thailand” in “Journey to the West: The Demons Strike Back”3. Production Manager- Created recruitment plan and strategy including screened and interviewed candidates- Created/Updated training courses and train from fresher level to supervisor/lead level- Created/Updated career path, job description, set goal and expectation to reflect the variation of employees’ roles and company technology- Managed team with 70 subordinates by create a strong team structure with coaching, leading, supervising, and make sure they are happy at work- Managed the projects and project managers to ensure that client’s requirement and deadline are met
