After many years as a corporate executive who was on the road more than at home, I left to follow two of my passions. One was to build a coaching business to partner with top executives in aligning their teams and exceeding their business objectives. The second was to create a non-profit in honor of my daughter to financially support families whose children have congenital heart disease.
