Providing 1st Team Sport Science duties:- Responsible for maintaining and analysing GPS data.- Taking squad warm-up and pitch based Conditioning.- Providing guidance and implementation on aspects of recovery, nutrition and supplementation.- Provide players with Weight Training guidance and support.- Working closely with medical and coaching staff with respect to player care.

Responsible for the supervision, organisation and motivation of the Sports Science & Medical Department. To maintain and implement the Academy's Sports Science approach.

- Plan and lead S&C programmes to 1st team players on an individual and team basis. - Plan and lead regular pre-season and in-season testing.- Plan and lead programmes and develop protocols for; weight training, metabolic conditioning, injury reduction, speed, agility, warm ups, testing and monitoring.

Responsible for Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) in assessment practice among staff. Developing valid methods of assessment for students. Preparing appropriate documentation for external visits. Teaching Strength & Conditioning course to HNC/D students.

- Providing S&C to a range of team and individual sport athletes.- Mainly gym based S&C sessions. Involved in session planning, delivery, as well as fitness assessments.

- Assisting with Strength and Conditioning / Sports Science development and delivery. - Working with athletes at most levels.

Teaching, developing and verifying in BTEC L3 Sport.

Tutoring in delivery of L2 Gym Instructor & L3 Personal Trainer awards. Developing and teaching various workshop programmes to existing fitness professionals.
