Provide direction, management and support for projects of various size, complexity and length for Texas A&M AgriLife and its agencies as well as the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Agriculture and the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences.Work with AgriLife agencies, the College and other stakeholders including Texas A&M University and external partners to develop and implement communications and marketing plans and campaigns for select audience engagement (such as students, faculty, alumni, and corporations/special interest groups).Write/edit reports, presentations, scripts, as well as other collateral materials for the Office of the Vice Chancellor and for the Director’s Office of Texas A&M AgriLife Research.Work with several email marketing/management platforms (commercial and in-house) to deliver targeted emails to students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors and external constituents. Includes design, conditional logic/targeted content, A/B testing and link tracking as well list generation and list management/curation. Review analytics and provide reporting and strategies.Develop and administer a wide variety of assessments, surveys and forms using tools such as Qualtrics ranging from simple information gathering to complex, multi-part surveys with conditional logic. Also responsible for data review and analysis.
