CurrentFor clients, such as Corporates, Regions, Sub-Sovereigns and related public institutions and utility companies:• In the initial non-live stage of a transaction: support of the DCM Origination Team during the pitching work to (potential) issuers by making recommendations on trade type, feasibility, marketing strategy and indicative pricing guidance, together with reflections of live market trends and color;• In the execution phase of a transaction, whether it is a public or a private… Show more For clients, such as Corporates, Regions, Sub-Sovereigns and related public institutions and utility companies:• In the initial non-live stage of a transaction: support of the DCM Origination Team during the pitching work to (potential) issuers by making recommendations on trade type, feasibility, marketing strategy and indicative pricing guidance, together with reflections of live market trends and color;• In the execution phase of a transaction, whether it is a public or a private deal: coordination of the marketing process, provision of market updates to issuers, comments on book building and advices to issuers on tactics and next steps towards final allocation and pricing of the trade.• In case of a Syndicated deal, Syndication is the primary interface with other mandated banks.• Identification of market opportunities by combining knowledge from various market intelligence sources (Bloomberg, macro-economic research, client-specific news).
