Since my short time in 2011, the Director of Engineering had been trying to get me back to the company on a permanent basis. I was eventually hired to be the interim document control coordinator till an additional document control person and a few tech-aides could be hired to do the day to day tasks of information management. My experience requested for improving the work and transmittal processes of engineering and vendor information as well as the overall quality, standards and versioning of our data, documents and drawings.

Started as Sr. Web Designer/Writer to get out of management and focus on design and production. Ended up being promoted to Manager in two months and hired a staff of eight designers, programmers, and a video producer. My team was team of the year after the first year being there and won team of the month four times over the two years. Managed and designed many projects including, company intranet, Statmarket.com, HitBox.com, Yep.com, and many other of the company’s Web sites and services, but most notably the complete redesign of the interface of their HitBox traffic analysis service. I created logos, brands, print and online ads, corporate videos, tradeshow booths, and other collateral.

After HMD was acquired to help start this new Web development company, I hired and lead a seven-person Web & intranet development and R&D team, assisted with sales and production adding over 50 clients. Acquired after nine months by ICON (Integrated Controls, Inc.) and became one of a three person management of the division.
