    As a graduate student at UC Riverside, I performed studies related to thin films and nano-scale device fab. I became proficient in both device fabrication and growth on thin films by epitaxial deposition. My epitaxy experience at the university level was primarily focused on CVD, MBE, sputtering, and e-beam deposition. Moreover, I became quite knowledgeable on a wide range of characterization techniques as well as many standard semiconductor processing methods, e.g. wet and dry etching, photo and e-beam lithography, etc.In addition to performing fundamental research, I taught several classes and labs related to physics and electronics. This work included providing lectures, writing lesson plans, evaluating tests, homework, and lab reports, as well as assigning final grades.
