Driving enterprise and entrepreneurship education across the University through the Welsh Government Youth Entrepreneurship Project and HEFCW RWIF Project:- Startup Support: Assisted over 150 freelancers, sole traders, and startups in pre- and post-launch stages.- Programme Design & Delivery: Created and delivered initiatives such as Freelance Fast Track and Digital Skills Accelerator, along with new workshop elements.- Project Management: Led the development and launch of phase one of the University Startup Portal.- Incubator Support: Guided University Incubator members in developing their businesses.- Funding Allocation: Evaluated business feasibility and suitability for seed funding, managing 19+ pitching and funding rounds.- Strategic Impact: Contributed to University KPIs on enterprise and entrepreneurship.- Marketing Leadership: Led marketing, comms and design for the Enterprise and Startup Teams.

Development, management, and delivery of a Project, Communication and Marketing Plan to enhance Campus Experience for staff, students, and users and improving building utilisation. Successes include:- Increasing participation in organised activity by over 80%- Resolving over 25 longstanding Estates and legacy issues- Developing partnerships with local businesses and providers- Management, Marketing Management and Delivery of Welcome Programme over two campuses with circa £60,000 budget management- Line management of Welcome Team of 10 temporary staff

Founding member of Cowlick Creative; A creative agency offering solutions for marketing, content, communications, and digital engagement. Supporting Education, Third Sector, SMEs, and Startups to maximise brand, digital presence, and customer/stakeholder engagement. - Design and production of collateral for a national campaign on behalf of a significant national charity. - Development of brand images and design for major University giving campaigns.- Full-service development of Brand Packs and Marketing Strategies for a number of Startups, SMEs, and HE departments.- Leading the digital rollout and web design for the award-winning All-Wales Summer Startup Week

- Elected representative and advocate for over 30,000 students across South Wales.- Led the Executive Officer team, championing the student voice through lobbying and campaigning at university, local, and national levels.- Acted as a key liaison between the Students' Union, the University, the NUS, and external stakeholders.- Trustee and Chair, overseeing the management and administration of the Students' Union with a £2M turnover.- Ensured the Union remained student-led, achieved its objectives, and operated in compliance with Charity Law, while implementing the strategic plan.- Appointed Chair of the Board in June 2016.- Served as a member of the University Governing Body June 2016 - July 2017
