E-Commerce Support Manager
Current- Support, oversee and manage the development of new channels and marketplaces on multiple regions (Amazon US, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Poland, Netherlands, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Spain, Mexico)- Ensure projects are launched on time and meet initial project requirements. Keep team and stakeholders notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc).- Manage scope change or project schedule in an effective manner. Communicate to the team and manage all potential impacts.- Be the first point of contact for cross-functional business teams / marketplaces / 3rd party agencies when content/product and tool issues occur. Work with appropriate teams to facilitate resolution and communicate updates to business teams.- Sourcing and management of influencers / KOLs from different countries across different platforms- Creation and implementation of SOPs for each department as well as training and development to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-through.- Resolve customer service and operational issues, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient and effective business operation- Experience in leading and executing multiple creative media which include Product Visual, photography, videography & advertising visuals
