As a board memeber and former chairman it is HARB's resoposibility to enforce the historical preservation details for the Ardmore Historic District.

Recruited to start a home-building operation for Pulte Corporation, acquiring land and expanding the building development company's business into a seven county region of Philadelphia and New Jersey. Negotiated land position throughout the region. Hired/trained a staff of 10 in selling, building, servicing, and account administration. Evaluated and assessed market competitors.Accomplishments:Expanded a start up operation across two states through creative marketing, product selection, land acquisition and aggressive public relations to strengthen brand name and loyalty. Purchased and developed the largest remaining property in Cherry Hill NJ which became a very successful community.Closed the sale of a high-value property in the first year with a $414,000 profit.Built the Pulte name through effective marketing and product positioning .

Directed the oversight of the liquidation of all real estate assets through the King of Prussia Office. Responsibilities included the management of 7 oversight managers who monitored 6 asset management firms around the US. Traveled to developments throughout the east coast to direct efforts for maximizing highest returns when sold.
