Focuses on building an IP using a MS D365 Marketing Model-driven app then later was given the Site Reliability Engineer role to ensure the business continuance, deployments and was in charge of dealing with the client’s isolated new requirements and bug fixes.

Built a base Marketing Model-driven app to create an IP app for our client (Simple) which mainly use PCFs, Plugins, Power Automate (Flow) and OOTB configurations and customizations. After the base-product, the team was given several enhancements per stage of the cycle depending on the Simple’s clients’ needs.

Implemented new functions and features with the dev team to create better experience and a responsive customer service app for both customers and support/registered nurses. Also provides reports and data/bug fixes within the organization’s needs.

Developing new features, enhancements, bug fixes, research, and optimizations on different clients with different teams in line with business needs and requirements. Give advice to clients’ problems and provide the best solution with proper data gathering, planning and design.

Applied enhancements in an IT Assessment and Training Platform wherein the organization can interact with the users through a chatting feature in a VM environment.

Worked with a team of co-developers in creating a web and desktop applications and backend scripts/functions for reporting and data analyzation of the Integrated Revenue Management Department.
