Successfully working on multiple technology projects at the same time with each assignment connected to strict deadlines for completion. Regularly coordinating and communicating with 5 supervisors through professional emails, phone calls, and text messages.

Worked with IT supervisors at District 34 to help them in addition to learning from them. This included: shadowing the network and information security manager, interviewing senior staff about their role in the district, labeling and recording more than 100 internet access points, helping to install internet access points, working on/with IDFs, MDFs, ethernet ports/cables, and managing district devices through Jamf Pro.

Worked with a team to solve IT related issues and maintain technology in District 34 on strict deadlines. Provided support and assisted staff with their problems in the following areas: iPads, MacBooks, IOS applications, projectors, audio systems, and Smartboards.

Worked alongside a team to complete the daily tasks at hand which included: mowing, picking up trash, and general maintenance projects. Customers would also have issues or need assistance everyday which we, as a team, helped them with when needed.

Worked with students in grades K-12 in both one-on-one and multi-student environments to solve math problems and answer student questions. Helped to organize files based on the student's first and last name, kept track of a student records, and graded student assignments.
