About Julien Claude-Bouilly

Julien is an experienced real estate investment professional. Since March 2020, Julien is CIO at Castignac in charge of the Acquisition and the Asset Management teams. Starting his career in 2000 as an Asset Manager for the French REIT Bail Investissement, Julien then spent over 8 years at Henderson Global Investors where he helped establish the Paris office. In his previous roles he was a successful Investment Manager and Fund Manager for several pan-European and French funds, and participated in the launch of the AUB French Logistics fund. He was also Director Acquisitions France and Spain and Fund Manager (Benelux) at ÆRIUM. Julien has an MA in Real Estate and Financial Engineering from the University of Marne la Vallée. He is a part-time lecturer, teaching Real Estate, at the University of Luxembourg in the Master BFA in partnership with the University of Paris Ouest – Nanterre La Défense and also in the real estate Master of Paris Ouest – Nanterre La Défense University.
