Some examples of the work I perform on behalf of my clients include: working with companies to obtain, manage, administer, and exercise options on GSA/VA Schedule contracts; working with companies to develop pricing and compliance strategies; assistance with supply chain and cyber risk management; deploying resources and tools to support government pricing, gross to net, and market access; working with companies and their counsel to perform complex data analysis in support of claims, disputes, disclosures and other litigation-related matters; providing government contracts compliance advisory services; and addressing M&A diligence and/or integration-related issues.
