-Develop and maintain SAP implementations & environments in project & remote support functions-Independently manage SAP EDI and IDoc functional areas while collaborating with functional & technical resources in issue resolution & solution development-Deliver functional specification documents, system analysis reports & end user procedural guides -Lead project lifecycle activities from initial discovery and solution design through solution implementation and post go-live support-Collaborate with multiple remote development resources & third party EDI providers in both support & implementation activities-Configure & debug SAP EDI & IDoc functionality extensively, assist with SD, MM, and FI configurations when necessary-Interpret and generate mapping specifications for X12 & EDIFACT message standards across multiple business areas (PTP, OTC, 3PL, FI)-Foster client relationships, acting as principle customer contact through solution development or issue resolution-Manage ongoing support requests in compliance with ITIL service management standards
