She managed an enterprise wide system implementation for 2 clients within a mid-sized financial institution, providing full lifecycle consulting services. With an eye for influencers, she identified key stakeholders and subject matter experts to leverage during analysis and implementation. To best serve the needs of her clients, she learned current and future system functionality in order to collaborate on functionality process mapping, and identification of new procedures that aligned with bank and federal policies. Her skill for communication landed her in a lead role on a cross functional communication team to create a brand and strategy for communicating change across the organization. She utilized a website, “meeting in a box”, and key executive communications to involve the organization at all levels. In addition to change management, Jenny designed, facilitated, and evaluated training programs based on new system functionality, including core PC skills, and one-to-one coaching for specialized tasks.
