She combines her background in large scale change and transformation with her individual coaching skills to help organizations successfully navigate systemic change and to coach executives to lead change.

Jenny is a strong believer in the power of Emotional Intelligence and its ability to be a game changer for leadership. She was invited to serve as a mentor for mentees through EQmentor, where she provided support for the development of Emotional Intelligence. She conducted online EQ chat sessions to explore current situations and coached mentee to cultivate greater EQ. Jenny provided email support, and selected appropriate resources for mentees from the EQmentor portal.

Jenny pursued her passion for coaching and talent development through a position with Lowe's Home Improvement at their North Carolina based HQ. There she re-designed and managed Lowe’s Executive Coaching Strategy, On-boarding, and Leadership Development programs. She worked closely with executives and high potential talent to ensure that support for their continued success was being provided, as well as making the continued business case for coaching. She coached several high potential leaders as part of Lowe's Assessment Centers. She went on to lead succession management to support talent development and equip leaders with insight into their talent pipeline, areas of development, potential cross - functional moves. Jenny helped leaders think strategically about talent in their organizations. In addition to the programs Jenny managed, she supported Performance Management by designing and conducting training sessions at Corporate and in the field. As part of her responsibilities, she managed budget and was responsible for managing multiple vendor relationships, including scoping, contracting, and ongoing work.

Jenny joined an award winning Training Top 100 team to broaden her skill from large scale organizational change to focus in on individual change and development. She quickly tapped into a natural ability to design and teach, and led new employee orientation for the bank both facilitating and redesigning the program to focus on welcoming and educating employees on corporate culture. Innately curious, Jenny conducted focus groups for multiple lines of business to uncover and address core learning needs. The results led to her managing a redesign of an 8 week call center training program, and the redesign of mortgage training. Jenny's love and skill for coaching blossomed early on. She provided direction and coaching to 5 L&P Specialists on the mortgage training redesign. Jenny was honored to be selected to lead an executive team on the implementation of an Employee Development Fair. Passionate about providing opportunities for growth, she jumped at the opportunity and worked with the team to create the first fair.

Having demonstrated her competence in Organization Development, Jenny jumped out of grad school and directly into her first consulting gig. She managed an enterprise wide system implementation for 2 clients within a mid-sized financial institution, providing full lifecycle consulting services. With an eye for influencers, she identified key stakeholders and subject matter experts to leverage during analysis and implementation. To best serve the needs of her clients, she learned current and future system functionality in order to collaborate on functionality process mapping, and identification of new procedures that aligned with bank and federal policies. Her skill for communication landed her in a lead role on a cross functional communication team to create a brand and strategy for communicating change across the organization. She utilized a website, “meeting in a box”, and key executive communications to involve the organization at all levels. In addition to change management, Jenny designed, facilitated, and evaluated training programs based on new system functionality, including core PC skills, and one-to-one coaching for specialized tasks.
