I started a new role as an Asset Specialist at Yumi Ice Cream. I am adding new skills to my portfolio with this opportunity. In this position I am managing the daily movement of equipment between each of our branches and our customers. I enjoyed my previous role as a Food Service Administrator in the hospitality industry at Yumi Ice Cream. I had the opportunity to connect with customers to offer them the best service and products possible; who doesn’t like ice cream, right? Prior to these roles, I held an Account Management and Executive Assistant/ Contract Management position, for nearly 8 years with MCI (previously Wyndham Jade), during which time I built relationships with clients and hoteliers alike. With my extensive contractual knowledge and thorough understanding of the hotel agreements coupled with my determination to learn, and build relationships, I bring a lot to the table. I’ve always had a thirst for knowledge and since entering the work force, a strong desire to elevate a client’s experience in any position I’ve held.
