I generally manage day to day network connectivity and workstations support. This includes lots of face to face meetings with education professionals during their busy workday. My support specifically helps them to have the technology in place and working day in, day out so that they can provide quality education.I support Windows 10 workstations, Server 2016 core infrastructure including MECM, SMART technologies integration and Network infrastructure primarily on Ruckus and Netgear fabric. Documentation is important to our work, specifically with a shared Wiki system for documentation and WebHelpDesk for inventory and trouble ticket tracking.
