This role has allowed me to dive deeper into the back side of social media and better understand the advertising part. I’ve learned how to boost posts and reach a different audience to bring more business in and help the brokerage’s YouTube channel gain more subscribers. I’ve had to analysis different strategies of posting as well as use Google Analytics to as an ad source for the company. In total I’ve worked within Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google AdWords.

In my intern position with TDSE I’ve had the opportunity to bounce around to different roles within the company. The majority of my time is spent with the sales team, attending appointments with them and hand rendering bids. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with the CAD tech, selections team, and work within the permitting role. This opportunity I’ve had this summer has shaped my view of remodeling residential properties and given me real world experience so I’m better prepared coming out of my Masters program next August.

Promoting different liquors and seltzer companies such as Pink Whitney, High Noon, and Coconut Cartel at surrounding liquor stores and bars. I handle passing out samples to of age customers and merchandise from the companies. I am also in charge of accounting for statistics throughout my sampling time and recording quotes from people on what they think of what they just sampled.

While I’m working as an Inside Sales Agent for this Realtor my responsibilities include:- Nurturing long-term and short-term leads. - Setting leads up on auto-emails that match their home searching needs/wants. - Maintaining his personal MLS. - Maintaining the CRM system in place

I worked as a Server and Hostess full time for a year and a half and then off and on for a little over a year after that. While in this role I was responsible for:- Greeting customers and making them feel welcomed in the restaurant. - Attending to customers and making sure all their needs and wants are being met to the best of my ability. - Working with fellow servers in a team-like way, helping them wherever they’re lacking to help them stay caught up or get caught up with their responsibilities.

I worked as an Inside Sales Assistant to the Brokers of the company and also assisted with marketing designs.While in this role I was responsible - Managing new leads that came in and reach out to potential clients. - Maintaining relationships with leads that I was responsible for nurturing. - Assisting clients in their search for a new home/piece of land. - Generating new ideas for social media posts and front of office signs.- Maintain the CRM system in place (Boomtown).- Work in the MLS system.

I worked as an assistant to a Realtor part-time. During my time as an assistant, my responsibilities were:- Nurturing leads and answering any questions they may have. - Working with current customers by answering questions and sending them homes they may be interested in. - Maintaining a the Realtor’s calendar and setting appointments. - Creating newspaper ads - Creating flyers and farming letters - Working with contracts/addendums and maintaining files. - Working with selling/buying agents and title companies.- Maintaining and working in the different MLS. - Maintaining CRM system (FormSimplicity, Appfiles.)
