Juan Carlos Madrigal is the Head of Marketing for Citi Global Wealth at Work, he is also the Global Marketing Head for Citi Latitude and Family Segments for Citi Private Bank. The scope of his work included: Citi Private Bank, Citigold International, International Personal Banking, Global Executive Banking, CitiBusiness, Banamex, and Banca Patrimonial. He also led the Global Private Capital Group’s (PCG) marketing efforts since its inception in 2019 to 2022.In 2010, Juan Carlos played an instrumental role in the launch of Citigold Private Client and Banamex Banca Privada, two new businesses to cover the High Net Worth segment in the region and today are an essential focus for the Citi Global Wealth structure globally.He joined Citi in 2000 as Project Manager at Citibank Private Bank Mexico and has held several strategic and marketing leadership roles for over two decades. Prior to joining Citi, he worked for TV Azteca as part of the Editorial Committee and started his career at Centro de Investigaciones Sobre la Libre Empresa in Mexico City.He holds an MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal, Canada, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.Juan Carlos is also a professional photographer and has published and exhibited his photographic work in Mexico and internationally. He is an advocate of the free market and board member of Centro para el Estudio de las Sociedades Abiertas (CESCOS), awarded by Penn as one of the best new Think Tanks in the world (2021). He resides in Miami with his wife and their three sons.
