National Banking Client:Reviewed branch referral cases for potential Money Laundering or other criminal actions, reviewed account activity, and determined whether or not suspicious activity had occurred (wrote a SAR if deemed necessary). Trained other KPMG employees and client employees to perform case analysis and review.Allergan, LLC:Developed a Spotfire Dashboard for the CFO and Financial Team to identify potential fraud in employee Travel & Entertainment expense submissions.Government Client:Advise Government Agency Chief Financial Officer in Process ImprovementAssisted in training incoming Deputy Chief Financial Officer on processes and requirements of the positionDocumented and verified over 50 processes in visio to build the "CFO Operating Model." This effort is primarily for audit-readiness purposes and involved interviewing individual process owners and documenting major steps with an eye for process improvement and increased efficiencies.
