My responsibilities at First Command are numerous. My primary responsibility is the management of more than 200 seminars annually and administration for the contract with the General Services Administration. This includes seminar proposals and annual reporting. Additionally, I update the seminar presentations annually and manage administrative.

As administrative assistant to the Managing Director of the auto division I worked with all of his direct reports to assist with daily reporting and administrative responsibilities. I was also responsible for the annual charitable giving fundraising campaign within the department.

At Medical Air Services I was responsible for processing membership applications and correspondence to members. I worked closely with the office managers in their U. S. and international offices on membership concerns. I also processed all annual membership fees and reconciled credit card and ACH transactions
