Working as part of a team is something I thrive in however having the ability to manage my workload and using my initiative is also a strength of mine. Bringing solutions to the table rather than problems gives me a sense of achievement while recognising the limitations I am not too proud to ask for help when I need it. Managing a help desk for 250 members has given me the knowledge and speed to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. I pride myself in my quality of work and my skills set is going from strength to strength.
