    The National Needle Museum and Bordesley Abbey Visitor Centre have been added to my service area. Recent project work includes development of cultural and economic impact fund of £150,000 in Bromsgrove district which led to amongst other achievements the visit of Lyon based International Celestial Arts company Transe Express; and securing funding cocktail programme for heritage work of over £70,000 from three non departmental public bodies.Current remit includes :(2016-present) Convenor of Bromsgrove Arts & Culture Consortium and it’s launch £72,000 programme : practise as research 14 month residency exploring the barriers to engagement with culture. Strategic connection roll out: Worcestershire Arts Partnership, and further outwards. Management of core establishment team of eight in addition to pool of part time, voluntary and casual workforce. Overall management responsibility for two Scheduled Ancient Monuments : National Needle Museum and Bordesley Abbey site. Overall management responsibility for outdoor events portfolio engaging over 55,000 people in outdoor spaces on an annual basis. Music Festivals, Street Theatre large and small scale, Bonfire and Firework Spectaculars.Management of outdoor venue hire on behalf of both councils, contract, grant awarding, and service level agreement monitoring, management overview of partnership based strategical decision making process in both geographcal areas through AiR (Arts in Redditch) Partnership in Redditch and the Bromsgrove Resources for the Arts and Culture Partnership, marketing and income generation oversight. Jonathan worked with the team overseeing the 4 million pound restoration of the Edwardian Palace Theatre in partnership with one million ponds of Heritage Lottery Fund. Additional achievements included the delivery of 28 day radio broadcast (air) across the district in close partnership with communities, a range of public art/realm programmes including the Needles Gateway, 25th Anniversary celebrations of the Paolozzi Mosaic panels (once the UK's largest non metropolitan area public realm commission), and levering over £400,000 in external grants for restricted cultural outcome purposes.
