Tasked with transcribing construction notes, accurately placing photos to accessioned objects, and updating these entries in The Museum System (TMS). There are over 6,000 objects in this collection, which is part of the larger American Decorative Arts collection at the YUAG. Includes multi-stage copy editing for web usage.

Trained in EMS (Electronic Management System) and The Museum System. Duties include clerical tasks as well as creating the gallery's weekly events schedule, tracking attendance data, and specialty projects under the curators. Projects included creating YUAG call numbers from a partnered institutions database of objects for an Ancient Americas exhibit.

Photographing, scanning, and cataloging items within the YUAG's American Decorative Arts collection and logging them into The Museum System (TMS). Major projects included the building of an Excel database of dimensions for all objects within furniture study, fixing TMS dimensions, and running TMS reports, and the full archival cataloguing of over 200 of.
