Vice President of Human Resources of Derivative Solutions, Inc., acquired by FactSet in August of 2005.- Full Human Resources and Administration responsibilities for several regional locations across the United States.- Originally reporting to the founder and CEO of a similar company acquired by FactSet in 2005, successfully established a professional HR environment, designing and implementing all policies, benefit programs and processes for both management and staff. Reduced overall benefit expenses by $250K.- Developed and implemented a national retention program and process resulting in a 95% annual employee retention.- Negotiated several contracts for employment and facility improvements resulting in a 14% reduction in local operating cost.- Led the Chicago regional office to be recognized by Crain’s Business as one of the Top Ten Places to work for the past three years running.
